RE: you asking for my reality, and why you didn't get it. Your order of my poor reality is an adventure I have spurned. (opus MORESCHI@apollo.commnet.edu)[You've earned, you've earned, our hearty thanks you've earned. -ed.]
I will melt into a pile of bubbling flesh and carcass to be fed on by vultures as mere carrion for several days unless you give me a subscription to the Utopia Parkway--RIGHT FREAKIN NOW! (Matthew mmonberg@cris.com)[For several *days*? Wow. -ed.]
Wow, to find friendly folk who not only dig TMBG, but also KITH!!! I guess this INTERNET thing ain't so bad after all.SO, when all was said and done, he asked to be added to the subsciption list.
I NEED this in my life.....(Mark Williamson 102477.447@compuserve.com)
Re: Sputnik tea.Wow. Talk about flash-backs! My mom was *hooked* on this stuff (circa 1988), only called it by the less-nice name of "Russian" tea. Oh, and left out the Lipton's of course... (And those 8-can casseroles are GROSS, by the by. I grew up with these things. I know it for truth.) I think my mother is secretly reading the _Square Meals_ cookbook at night, and has been since I was small, because she is indeed a square person. (Have y'all actually eaten Twinkie desert? [Note: the "descended" kind] Sort of like gooey lime-tainted sponge. Bleah!) Thanks, I think, for the nostalgic eating-disordered memories of youthful dinners. (Shoshana shoshana@scs.unr.edu)
what's the deal? i came to your page to see the they might be giants inspired fingerpaintings, and when i went to your tmbg link, i got a 404. (Josh Harris dharris@sky.net)[Alas, much of our older stuff has been elusive by dint of having been stored at a slightly less than reliable (though it tries hard...really, don't be too harsh on it) computer. HOWEVER. We have an announcement: WHOOO-HOOOO!!!! Our hero, Greg Galcik (spinnwebe@thoughtport.com) has (*voluntarily*) offered to store a bunch of our GIFs for us!!! On a reliable - and big - commercial server!! Everybody now, give Greg a hearty handshake, hug, kiss, or whatever inspires you in this moment of great bliss! And watch for some cool changes around here, which we'll be instituting gradually, as we organize ourselves (it's hectic, being rulers of the universe *and* editors of a 'net'zine!). See also our shrine to Greg, which includes links to his site and his place-of-labor's site. -ed.]
